Caveats

Outgoing Braggart-in-Chief states that there have been no attacks in the US at the hands of foreign terrorists on his watch:
"Because of the extraordinary courage of our men and women in uniform, and the intelligence officers, law enforcement, and diplomats who support them, no foreign terrorist organization has successfully planned and executed an attack on our homeland these past eight years," the president said during his farewell address in Chicago.
Those killed and wounded in Orlando, Fort Hood, Boston, and San Bernadino may disagree. Let's also not forget the Americans that were killed in Benghazi, Paris, Nice, Berlin and other attacks outside US sovereignty. These incidents should not be minimized just because terrorist groups are using our own citizens to carry them out or merely because they happened in a different country. It's certainly nothing to brag about.
